Amazing well kept cottage in a beautiful location, just what we need for a relaxing girly weekend break. The hot tub was huge and big enough for us all to enjoy at the same time. A welcome bottle of wine from the owners was a lovely touch. We will definitely recommend and be back.

Beautiful house in the heart of Brecon Beacons. Would thoroughly recommend to a group of friends or a family. Lovely big kitchen and great hot tub that is cleaned regularly. An amazing and cosy cottage in the heart of Defynnog. The hot tub and view was excellent as was the wood burner on a cold night. I would definitely stay here again!
Sue
This was our second visit to the Old Factory House. It is perfect for our extended family. The location is great and there are walks you can do from the door, and Pen Y Fan and the waterfall walk are not far away. The entrance Hall is perfect for drying clothes - rather essential for walking in Wales. The Hot Tub is great and so well maintained. WeRead more certainly hope to come again. Hide
Carol
The cottage is both cosy and spacious - ideal for 3 adult couples self catering. We particularly appreciated the generous fridge and freezer provision (this is often inadequate for family catering) and the kitchen was really well equipped. It is in a beautiful location with the river Senni at the end of the garden and walks from the doorstep.
Gabrielle
We had a fantastic stay at the old factory house. Hot tub was amazing and really well maintained.
Annie

Caroline
Words cannot describe what a wonderful week we had at the old factory house. The house is amazing, well equipped, clean, owner came each day to check the hot tub. Loved watching the sheep in the field opposite while sat in the hot tub. We wouldn't have changed a single thing. There isn't much to do locally but I think that's the Brecon beacons in g eneral, you have to drive everywhere but it's well worth it. Looking forward to our next stay
Barbara
Plenty of space, wonderful hot tub. Great for all age groups. Nothing within actual walking distance but there are attractions not that far away. The scenery of Wales was spectacular. All in all a lovely holiday.
Gillian

We stayed during the wettest weather possible with the surrounding area suffering severe flooding. The house provided a warm and comfortable retreat with the covered hot tub providing refuge from the weather. The house was well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing break.
Rachel
A lovely well converted and kitted out cottage in a lovely location with a pub on the doorstep. The hot tub is great even in January!
Susan
A lovely family break. Lovely comfy cosy home. The owners made it feel very Christmassy. Enjoyed our break.
Nicola
Fabulous! Fully equipped, spotlessly clean, warm, cosy and the special little touches like mince pies and wine made all the difference. Great spot to walk from the house or short drive to the national park for fabulous views and well constructed walks. Local pub was great for a bite to eat and there was others pubs in waking distance too. Would lov e to visit again without hesitation
Michael
Lovely location & house. One issue we did have was the hot tub, it was cold on arrival and despite a phone call and assurance it would be ready for later in the evening it was not, so lost an evening of use,The temperature is set at 37 which is not warm in the winter! The hot tub was neither topped up with chemicals or checked whilst we were there and smelt like the nearby river the next day after only 1 evenings use, which was a shame as easily rectified.
Richard
Wonderful cottage, we used it for a family get together and it was perfect. Excellent location for accessing the Brecon Beacons, great views from the house. The log burner and hot tub were a welcome sight after our walk to Pen y Fan. Hot tub was checked daily by the owner, Will definitely visit again.

Sue
Delightful house in lovely setting. Very well appointed. The only slight drawback for me was that the garden wasn't fenced (I have two small children), but I was made aware of that beforehand so no real issue.
Georgie

Jenny
