The property was very clean and well looked after, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we could need for our stay. Anns Bungalow, Wow!! What a fabulous place. The bungalow was pristine. There was absolutely everything you needed. The hot tub was a joy and beautifully maintained. Nothing was too much trouble for Ann and David and they made us feel very welcome. Mid week Ann came to our door with a batch of warm and tasty welsh cakes. We will be returning and try ing out the one bedroom barn. The Bungalow is ideally placed for walking with direct access to the foot of Cribyn , Fan y big and Pen y fan.

The owner Ann lives next door, she keeps out of your way unless you need her and then is very responsive. Cannot fault the property or the host. The location for us was a little 2 far out of to wn, but that is just personal preference, it is only a 5-10 min drive into the center of town. The people of Brecon are so very friendly and helpful.

The location is idyllic and despite being quite local to us we feel as if we have had a relaxing holiday away The area has a number of family attractions and Anne is a very attentive host without being obtrusive. The attention to detail was spot on. Christmassy and warm. Well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay to make it feel like home. Ann's Bungalow is one of the cleanest, best equipped self-catering cottages we've stayed in. Ann had thought of everything we might need (down to tissues beside every bed, a pot of pen and post-its and a sewing kit) but without any unnecessary clutter. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could have wanted and there was also lots of storage spa ce for the things we'd brought with us and food we bought. The cottage was impeccably clean and we loved the hot tub. It's also in a great location.
