Arrived Friday evening and the cabin was lit, toasty warm, christmas decorations on, and a christmassy bowl of quality street on the table. The cabin/cottage offers a spacious open plan living/kitchen area with 2 double-bedded bedrooms & a spacious bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower. The fantastic hot tub is attached to the main property facing outwards to the wonderful valley view. The kitchen is so well equipped. Sarah & Tony are wonderfully attentive & helpful owners. Complete peace and quiet yet only 15 minutes from a Tesco/Aldi plus some useful and unique independent shops in Rhayader. Beautiful countryside to explore, lovely walks to enjoy during the day and a welcoming hot tub from where you can view the sun set over the hills whilst watching the red kites. An amazing stay in an amazing location! We could have easily stayed for another week. The views are incredible and the accommodation had everything you can possibly think of or need. Just sit in the hot tub and taking in the breath taking view, you'll feel so relaxed it is untrue!

We had the most incredible stay at the cabin over the Easter weekend. The cabin was immaculate with some lovely little touches on our arrival. The children loved the hot tub whilst we sat and enjoyed the amazing view over a glass of wine. It didnt disappoint we will certainly be back soon!

We have just come back from the most fantastic holiday in The Cwm Cabin. We are a family of 4 with 2 labradors. We arrived late on a Friday evening and the hosts had left lights on for our arrival and a wonderful welcome food bundle. When we woke up the next morning the view was breathtaking. The cottage is a very high standard with an equally impr essive hot tub. The scenery in the Elan Valley is stunning and the walks were incredible. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. We had such a lovely time here, wish we had been able to stay longer. Quiet location, beautiful views, cottage well equipt and very clean. Lots a walks nearby and a big!SELECTED! !ENDOFSELECTED!Tesco was only 10/15 min drive. Lots of local pubs and restaurants also recommended, we just chose to eat in every night. This is the most perfect little escape, the views are amazing and the lodge is so cosy bright and modern. We had such a lovely time and would 100% recommend!
