Blue Lins River Barn is a stunning converted barn in rural Llaithddu, mid-Wales. This spacious property sits 10 miles from Newtown and 16 miles from Llanidloes in the gorgeous Welsh countryside. All four bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms - no more morning queues for the loo!

The barn was lovely in a beautiful location, with pretty much everything we needed. The owners were friendly and helpful. The barn was comfortable, and the hot tub was great. There were a variety of walks on the farm, and in the surrounding areas, which we and the dogs enjoyed. The garden was of a really good size, and enclosed so dogs and sheep do n't mingle! One word of advice - if using satnav/Google maps, pinpoint the exact location (not postcode), as postcode took us to the wrong place.

The barn is spacious and well equipped. Everything we needed was there and more! Couldnt fault it at all. It was so big we (being cold bloody) thought it would be cold and turned all the radiators upstairs up - dont be like us, we baked the first night. We then promptly turned them all back down and were toasty warm all week!! You do need a car to explore the wider surroundings but that may have just been us wanting to see the sites! Cant wait to go back

Owner checked we were OK and was available for any advice if needed, very responsive if you asked for anythin g. We couldn't find a washing line, this is newly available property so didn't yet have a line so mentioned and as if by magic a new line appeared.

Just back from a fabulous week in the barn the barn itself is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, its in a stunning location, surrounded by rolling hills, the garden is secure, and great fir family games, rounders, badminton etc, the hot tub is huge, we spent our evenings in the hot tub gazing at the sky watching shoot stars, we werent disappointed it was amazing as there is no light pollution, a throughly relaxing holiday in a beautiful location

We loved our stay here at Blue Lins. It was a great space for a large group and we loved that the hot tub was so spacious. It had everything we needed at the cottage including a dryer which came in handy for drying towels and bathers after the hot tub. Beds were really comfortable and great to have a bathroom in each room. Huge kitchen which was gr eat for preparing a communal meal. Will definitely be staying here again!

Eight of us spent February half term week in this lovely property. Very spacious, clean and homely. All of us loved being in the large hot tub, that was a great bonus. Our dog also really enjoyed being in the barn and running around the large enclosed garden. The host was extremely accommodating, even decorating the barn with banners and balloons f or my partners birthday. Graham was very helpful giving us recommendations of places to go and was very quick to respond if we had any questions.
