On arrival, we found a lovely hamper of essentials left for us by the host, the hot tub was hot on arrival, ready for us to use. We stayed in Fairbanks just after Christmas, it was an opportunity for my sister and her family to come down from Scotland and meet my family, my mum and my other sister for a family Christmas. What a fantastic property! Everything we needed and more in a spacious beautifully furnished home, complete with under cover hot tub, and separate games room. Having the lounge, kitchen and dining room on the upper floor makes the most of the countryside views. Tiled flooring with underfloor heating throughout key areas is a blessing, especially wi th our dog! It's only a short walk of under a mile into Builth Wells.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Fairbanks over New Years Eve. The house is amazing, plenty of space for 6 adults, two children and two dogs. It is well equipped and the owners have thought of everything you could need. The separate games room is a brilliant addition and we spent a lot of time in here (and also in the hot tub!).
