The rooms are spacious and clean. The hot tub is a welcome addition to the property, and is private. Fresh eggs down the lane and pub within 5mins Wheelwright Arms serves lovely food at reasonable prices and The Old barn at 3cocks is great 15 mins away and good Indian restaurant or takeaway in Builth Plenty of places to walk off the meals and lovely cake from Annette. You will f ind many walks and plenty to keep you busy and have to come back to do all the bits you missed Absolutely wonderful week
